This trust was not established for political reasons and I am ordered by the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner, as required by paragraph 41.3 (1) (b) of the Parliament of Canada Act, not to derive any income from this trust, including disbursement of assets, for the purpose of financing a nomination contest, a leadership contest or an electoral campaign.
