On February 5, 2025, I accompanied premier P.J. Akeeagok on an aerial tour of the Iqaluit Hydroelectric Project near Iqaluit, Nunavut. This travel was provided by the Nunavut Nukkiksautiit Corporation and the Qikiqtaaluk Corporation. It was required in my official capacity as Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs.
I was accompanied by Kyle Leonard, issues manager and communications advisor.
