Dans le cadre de mes fonctions officielles, je me suis récusée de toute décision ou discussion concernant la nomination d’Edward M. Iacobucci à titre de juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l'Ontario et membre d'office de la Cour d'appel de l'Ontario, afin d’éviter toute occasion de favoriser les intérêts personnels d’un ancien collègue.
